~ 3D rendering or sketches may be provided to clearly relay the full design intent, when requested.

~ Source Furniture, fixtures, equipment FFE and materials, as needed.

~ Identify Contractors and/or subcontractors, as needed.

~ Complete Materials Schedules.

Specifying

~ Construction Documents completed based on Approved Design Development Drawings.

~ Drawings submitted for Permitting.

~ Drawings approved for constructions.

~ Prepare purchase orders / invoicing.

~ Manage Project Work & Finances.

~ Track items and construction timeline.

Procurement

~ Construction.
